We Put Too Many Bands in the Woods Again
Well, here we go again.
September 18 & 19 we get to open up The G Lodge, turn on the amps and fill the place with music for The Fall Down.
And this one is a little extra special to us.
This is our ONLY music festival at The G Lodge this year.
We love throwing parties. We love getting everyone together. But the reason we keep doing this whole ridiculous thing is the music.
There are SO many great musicians writing and performing original music around here. And original music needs places to happen. It needs stages. It needs people standing in front of those stages. It needs somebody hearing a song for the first time and going “wait... who the hell is THIS?”
That’s important to us.
The Fall Down has always been about putting musicians we believe in front of people who actually give a damn about music.
Some you’ll know. Some you won’t. Good.
Go see both.
We’ll have music rolling back and forth between the Pavilion and Wagon stages for two days. When one stage wraps up, wander over to the other one. Grab some food. Find your people. Lose your people. Find completely different people. Repeat.
HERE’S THE PLAN:
FRIDAY • SEPTEMBER 18
4:30 to 5:30 • Randy McMillen • Pavilion Stage
5:30 to 6:30 • Mike Brown • Wagon Stage
6:30 to 8:00 • Papa Muse • Pavilion Stage
8:00 to 9:30 • Cast Iron Cowboys • Wagon Stage
9:30 to 11:00 • Driftwood • Pavilion Stage
11:00 to 12:30 • Miller & The Other Sinners • Wagon Stage
SATURDAY • SEPTEMBER 19
12:00 to 1:00 • Keaney • Wagon Stage
1:00 to 2:00 • Zack Rabbet Futt • Pavilion Stage
2:00 to 3:00 • Jungle Steve • Wagon Stage
3:00 to 4:00 • Front Porch Project • Pavilion Stage
4:00 to 5:15 • Tin Lizard • Wagon Stage
5:15 to 6:45 • Rachel Kroft Collective • Pavilion Stage
6:45 to 8:00 • Herb Hines Band • Wagon Stage
8:00 to 9:30 • Drew Kiddoo & The Blackouts • Pavilion Stage
9:30 to 11:00 • Dirt Turtles • Wagon Stage
11:00 to 12:30 • Hypnotic Clambake • Pavilion Stage
That’s a lot of music.
Probably too much music.
Perfect amount of music.
More than anything, we’re just really excited to have everybody back at The G Lodge. It’s been too long since we’ve had this many musicians, friends, weirdos, music nerds and generally good humans all wandering around the property together.
So come spend the weekend with us.
Come specifically for the band you love, but please stick around for the one you've never heard of.
That’s how this whole thing keeps growing.
